I've just been doing some test installs and found that the problems with hard drive settings in bios have changed with 0.7.5 on my test box. Whereas before the installer refused to install PC-BSD unless the hard drive access mode was switched from auto to lba, now the install proceeds with no problems but rebooting fails with a "kernel not found" error. Switching to lba cures the problem as before.

I am having the same problem on three identical computers that I have been using for testing many flavors of Linux and BSD. FC3, FreeBSD 5.4, and OpenBSD 3.6 have no problems on one of the computers that is having a problem with PC-BSD. I do not have a LBA option in my BIOS, am I SOL :?:. My BIOS is very basic, there is only one page (REALLY :!: ). BTW, I have a notebook that I installed PC-BSD on, and I am liking this project :D
