Download all pbi as a iso

I wonder why I cannot download a iso with all precompiled/pbi packages, and just install it offline. One of the big problems for me is installing aditional software since i do not have net at home.

Perhaps a way to be able to add different pbi's to your "download basket" then download them all at once and burn to CD. If there was a CD with packages on it people would argue over what packages SHOULD go on it.
