EMC2 is in /math/emc2. It is listed as "RESTRICTED: No resale, contact author for commercial usage". LinuxCNC is the new name for EMC2.

We already have a PBI for math/emc2.
The linuxCNC program that he is requesting is a machine controller program [1], not a math graphing program (like math/emc2). I think there was some confusion about the previous name which is why they changed it to linuxCNC.

I was unable to find a FreeBSD port for linuxCNC, so I am moving this to the port requests category.
