Trinity Desktop (It's Like KDE)

Trinity is a desktop environment that aims to keep the old KDE 3.5 alive and improve it with new features and polish away KDE's rough spots.

I'm assuming that as KDE goes farther and farther away into Madness along with Gnome, that Trinity will become more a fork of KDE instead of a clone. Which is it's goal anyway.

KDE and Gnome both have to many doo dads that folks like myself never use and find irritating as heck. I for one will look forward to Trinity.

As far as I'm aware there is currently no FreeBSD port for Trinity. Unless we can find somebody who's willing to patch the KDE 3.5 release with the Trinity updates.
