I'm in the process of looking up a new all-in-one touchscreen workstations for my company and I wanted to know if anyone had suggestions on which touchscreen hardware would work best with PC-BSD. We tested one machine with PC-BSD and its display didn't work at all on 8.2 and 9.0-RELEASE worked with the VERSA drivers but I couldn't get the touchscreen to work at all. It was a tangent VITA1900 and the touchscreen is D525 Atom touch.

There is some early touch-screen support in 9 which tries to auto-detect
and set it up during installation.

If its still not working there, can you paste the output of "# usbconfig"?

Looks like according to that output your touch-screen isn't USB... At
the moment I only have auto-detection setup for some USB touch-devices.
Do you know what driver yours uses?
