Hi all,
I cannot play any sound file with the last PC-BSD (in live CD mode).
“cat /dev/sndstat” gives:
FreeBSD Audio Driver (newpcm: 32bit 2009061500/i386)
Installed devices:
pcm0: <HDA Sigmatel STAC9220 PCM #0 Analog> (rec) default
pcm1: <HDA Sigmatel STAC9220 PCM #1 Digital> (play)
The multimedia system settings panel gives:

Clicking the Test button does not make me here any sound.
The sound file players also seems to not attempt to play anything at all, it switch to Stop as soon as Play is clicked.
This SigmaTel sound card is working nice in Windows.
By the way, is there a place to report supported/unsupported devices ?
