I'd love it if there was a VNC viewer. Searching for VNC is no good, and I don't have a canonical list of vnc clients in my head to try them all.

Maybe it would be good if there was a way to search descriptions too at www.pbidir.com :) Or if someone would tell me where to find it :)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the KDE remote desktop (KRDC) program has VNC capability. It comes as part of the default PC-BSD install.

Yea, under Applications -> Internet -> Remote Desktop it should let you use VNC.

I think since PC-BSD 9 will support other desktop environments which do not come with VNC clients, I'll put together a PBI package for one of the VNC clients in Ports.

Perhaps TightVNC ...
