1) Mistake at Chaper 2 page 28, paragraph with Disk/Slice: "[...]and the type of filesystem(for example NTFS, Linux, FreeBSD)" .
My rationale is that Linux is not a filesystem and neither FreeBSD but NTFS is.
2) Chapter 2 page 40 second half of the page: "The computer in this example is currently running Ubuntu 8"
Ubuntu 8 is not a proper name. Should be changed to the correct naming available at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases. Ubuntu makes two releases every year, using the year and month of the release as a version number. The first Ubuntu release, for example, was Ubuntu 4.10 and was released on 20 October 2004.
